I first heard of this on fark.com in reference to one of the Friends actresses (with the initials CC). After reading the wiki entry, I can't help but wonder if this is the cream MJ used to bleach his skin to disguise his vitilago. One would think people would have other things to worry about.
I had assumed that you went to anal bleaching parties with SGM, Elaine and the gang at least once a month.

Sacha Baron Cohen did have the bleaching done for that movie "Bruno" & apparently had a horrible reaction to the procedure.
As I would think many folks do cause your applying a bleach to sensitive membranal tissue.

Anyway, I could think of only one practical (as opposed to freakily vain) reason for this: IPL hair removal. When the laser hits darker patches of skin, it REALLLLY hurts. However I imagine the bleach would also bleach hair lighter, meaning the laser wouldn't work so well (it's best on darker hair).
So, back to square one, as it were. This is freaky.
